The taxi was waiting for the pickup before the requested time, the taxi (minibus) was clean. No complaints at all. You need to think harder about the meeting process. I came out of the arrivals at LHR and there were a hundred drivers with name cards strung out along the front of Costa Coffee - about 60 metres in length, with others also meeting up. Pushing trolleys while reading 100 namecards is a big ask. Neither person knows the other so we cannot recognise each other. Think how to improve this.
