Empfehlenswert mit kleinen Abstrichen Der Buchungsprozess war problemlos, allerdings war als Abholzeit 9.30 Uhr vereinbart , jedoch stand ein erstmal schlechtgelaunter Fahrer bereits 9.00 Uhr in Tel Aviv vor dem Hostel und beschwerte sich über unsere Unpünktichkeit. Nach einem Blick auf unsere Reservierungsbestätigung war er etwas zugänglicher und als unsere Gruppe von 13 Personen/ Schülern 9.10 Uhr inclusive Kofferverladung im Kleinbus saßen war alles in Ordnung und der Transfer verlief problemlos. Er hatte keine Kopie unserer Buchung sondern nur einen handschriftlichen Zettel, was sehr unprofessionell wirkte.

Excellent service and really punctual I booked at 10 pm the night before and was able to get confirmation at a lower rate than other companies, really impressive. Driver turned up early and was really helpful with the luggage and got us there early (lucky as the line for vat refund was 2 hours long).

Very professional and great value for money service - completely recommend. Booked through the internet before arriving in Turkey as hotel wanted a ridiculous amount for airport-hotel return journey. Both drivers (a different driver for each journey) were on time, extremely polite, well dressed and professional. Although conversation was difficult it was more fun than awkward. Great service and will definitely use again.

After repeatedly advising the customer service department that we were paying by credit card not one of the four drivers we had carried a credit card machine in their vehicles. We were forced to pay cash which we didn't want to do.

Furthermore we were charged 10% on one of our trips without prior knowledge. I will deal with this situation when I arrive back home.
