My only vaguely negative comment would be to alter arrival details so that passengers know there is a Terminal 2C at Barcelona airport. Confusion was sorted out, but could have been overcome if it was on your arrival instructions.

Payment confusion Excellent service. Some confusion re Payment. From city centre to port and return (one week later) paid the initial driver for the return trip as well. The driver for the return trip requested payment for her trip. Fortunately I had a receipt from the initial driver but this took some time to sort out. I would use this service again and will pay on completion of each trip
