When we arrived we had to walk a long distance to the meeting point. The driver was angry because he had been trying to call us and arrange the pickup. We agreed on a pickup point but he charged us an extra 5 euros "for the trouble". After that the drive went OK to our hotel.

excellent pick up at the airport and vehicle was very comfortable.. Driver spent most of the journey on his mobile phone which may be permitted in Holland but made the journey rather jerky.
