I'd rather tell what did not go well. The driver was late. He arrived only after a call to the office. He held a handwritten sign that he clearly made a few minutes before. The car only had seven seats, not eight as requested. Luckily one of our party did not turn up. It appears that the company recruited a driver only after i called them.

When I found out that cruise ship would not be clared by Italian customs until a half hour after my original appointment I sent an email and asked for confirmation. This was ignored and I had phone calls from booking service asking where I was. My wife and I were 20 minutes late and were the fifth and sixth persons to disembark the ship. Fortunately for us your driver wsa present and the rest was excellent.

I.d use it again A great service, we booked a minibus drop off, initially some fella put us on a big coach, which we knew and thought was wrong but some lady found us and directed us to the right minibus . Well worth the price of 18 € for 2, quite a drop when the price from onthebeach was 110€
