You need to think harder about the meeting process. I came out of the arrivals at LHR and there were a hundred drivers with name cards strung out along the front of Costa Coffee - about 60 metres in length, with others also meeting up. Pushing trolleys while reading 100 namecards is a big ask. Neither person knows the other so we cannot recognise each other. Think how to improve this.

Kept waiting 45 mins Our ship docked at 9am - MSC phoned office to check to see if car would still come at booked time - 11am - they said they were busy & that they would be on time at 11am.
Car eventually turned up at 11.45am , MSC had phoned at least twice to check where car was & was told it was stuck in traffic - when car did eventually arrived car looked like it had been patched up with black masking tape on front window supports on drivers side - interior was clean .
Driver drove 75/80 klm for the whole journey of 1 1/2hrs - no comfort stop offered.
This booking was made months in advance & was a shambles - this was the biggest let down , they knew we were waiting & still was late. Not worth the €248 paid - was told it was a professional service - clearly it was not. We had seen other cars picking up passengers & they were far more professional than our “taxi”
