the driver that took us to our destination was brilliant. The driver who picked us up was very nice however we felt that his driving was unnecessarily fast and did lots of undertaking and coming up fast and tailing other cars.

Great service, very friendly My daughter wasn’t feeling well, and so I wasn’t sure whether taking a car or train would be better, so I kept wavering. The person helping me book the car was very patient and understanding.

Excellet service from booking to pick-up and drop-off.... Used Aiport Taxis for the fisrt time from Milan to Courmayeur and Courmayeur to Milan. Service was excellent from booking to pick up and drop off. Timing was good and journey in both directions uneventful. Driiver was excellent and polite and helped with loading/ unloading of bags. Cannot fault the service provided.

The only slight hiccup was that on the outbound journey, our flight got cancelled in the UK and we were delayed by 3 days. As we were only told less that 24 hours about the cancellation from the airlin, the Airport Taxis booking was not refundable and a new booking had to be made. Customer services initially said full price has to be paid again and the third party taxi service would not refund the missed booking.

However, after some phone calls and perseverance, they agreed to charge 50% of the missed transfer, but we had to make a new booking for our revised date of arrival at the destination.

All in all, a very good service and would recommend.

Nearly perfect The pick-ups were perfect, on time and very polite, they had seen our flight delay but were still ready for when we landed.
Our only problem at arrival was that I had not prepaid, I would strongly recommend that you do so or have the US$ as per the price quoted, I thought we would be able to pay in AED, which we could but the member of staff that took us to the waiting car said that we would pay about 183AED instead of the 50$, which was the right exchange rate, but the driver claimed it should be 223AED and he ended up walking off with 250AED no change! Basically pay before you go!
The transfer from hotel to the airport was simply perfect, and for once a 'taxi' in Dubai that drove calmly
I would use these guys again, but make sure you either have $s or pay before you go

Good service

On time, called and friendly driver We used the company from Gare du Nord to Gare du Lyon and the return journey also. They were waiting for us, the driver was friendly and called us to tell us where he was. Would definitely never use anyone else
