Will not use this site anymore will have the hotel handle the airport svce. Used this site several times before with no problems but this time I had problems in Budapest and Berlin.
Budapest the person was not waiting at the exit door she was by the main door to the airport with a sign with several names in small letters hard to find and had to wait for the van to show up.
In Berlin the driver never showed I had the hotel call them and they said the driver was delayed at the airport for us to take a taxi even though we had paid in advance not right!!!!

We ordered type of car - Merzedes E or similar, but the which came to pick up us was like Merzedes Vito ( the big car and of course much less comfortable for 2 persons).
The driver was fine, but the car wasn’t as we booked ( I wouldn’t book this service for 1 hour drive if I knew that it will be this type of car)
