Cheapest service going: Will use it again They would have got full marks if the driver had been waiting for us with our name card, as was stated in our reservation. So we searched for the driver, didn't find him and called the Emergency telephone number. They told us that the driver will call us. The driver did call and arrived and apologised for being late. Half-hour wasted. Not very satisfactory. However, the driver was polite, the car quite acceptable and delivered us to our destination safely.

The text message confirming the drivers arrival was also very useful. The driver was very pleasant and engaging and punctual and his car was comfortable and immaculately clean.
