She was very helpful and polite and even found out the platform number for us during the journey across Paris, saving us precious minutes on arrival. First time of using, would use again - Excellent First time I have used them, booked on line whilst in Spain. Process was easy and I was able to prepay. Everything worked as promised, great driver and great car. Only reason for 4 star for total transportation experience is that he seemed to go a very long way round from City Airport, saw parts of London I have never seen so the journey did seem long but we didn't get stuck in any major traffic jams.
