Perfect service Arrived at las palmas airport the driver was waiting for me with my name on a board , he was very helpful , well dressed and courteous , the vehicle was clean and very well driven throughout the journey.
The return journey to the airport was excellent. The driver arrived at the hotel slightly early he was again very helpful , courteous and smartly dressed . Again his driving was excellent and we arrived at the airport in excellent time.

Extremely happy with the service From a first time user: The booking was really easy. While the driver was a few minutes late, for a Brussels Sunday 7 am pickup, he apologized even though it wasn’t necessary. In short; the vehicle was clean and comfortable, the driver friendly but not intruding, he took our bags on and off and, after taking a quick direct route to the airport, he even ran off in search of luggage cart for us. We will definitely use CityAirportTaxi again.

While at double the price for public transit (for 2) to the airport, we avoided at least two transfers in an unfamiliar city with luggage and made the journey in half the time with no rush. Thanks for making the trip easy.

P.S. I hope the driver’s new phone survived. (He dropped it while opening our door).
