Good Service, some room for improvement The booking process was fast and smooth however did not appreciate having to enter my card details when I selected cash to driver as payment method.

The driver was not at the meet point when we arrived and I had to call the emergency number. He showed up a bit late but all was ok. Apologetic, probably due to the distance away that he had to park. Ordered a Station Wagon but got a mid size SUV instead.

Driver was courteous and helpful. Appreciate his effort.
