Excellent service! Customs took 1:40 minutes for us to clear. Our driver waited and was there when we finally entered the meeting area. This was such a relief! He parked near our hotel and walked us to our lobby as parking is not permitted in the old town area. We so appreciated this!

use city airport taxis service many times during summer when we visit Europe this year. over roll the service is very nice. only the service, from Venice cruise port to Milan, is not. the driver is late, we are waiting for long time under open space, there is no where to go. so we have not change our visit plan in Milan. other than that it is ok.

This Was So Easy!!! This is so easy. The ship we are on was offering airport transfer...but for 5X the cost. This process was very intuitive from my phone. The driver arrived early and since we were already there, we headed to Marco Polo International in Venice. I will use this service again simply because it was seamless.
