The driver waiting didn’t have our surname showing when we were exiting the Airport, but another taxi driver with the same surname as ours was just showing same surname unfortunately he took us for a short drive when in taxi on way he pulled over after our destination was not his this all took 10 min for all to realise and when finally back at airport with our real driver he continued to charge us another €8 for something that was clearly unnecessary..
Also flight delayed by 5 mins.

Could be improved Booking process was easy and straightforward, however without local SIM to call and no driver waiting at the arrival hall with signage or indication, I had to run around in the cold looking for the minibus and a way to contact the emergency phone number. Could have been avoided by having the driver waiting or having a local number immediately. Also driver was not well, on medication, worked whole day, driving above the speed limit on fast lane while on the phone!?! But just very briefly. Still a good experience as we couldn't wait to get to hotel, driver was friendly and gave good info and car was spacious and comfortable.
