Out car and trip in the car we're very good with the driver existing many if the sites s we entered Rome.
However e had a great deal if difficulty finding him in the time airport even though we went to the appointed site. He had a big for which we didn't appreciate and I had to ask him to assist my husband with the luggage. Not what I expect from a private service

Collection at airport must be improved The collection on arrival at the airport didn't happen on time. The driver wasn't there to meet us. We rang the emergency number provided and we still had to wait 20/30minutes for a driver to arrive to pick us up. He then didn't even apologise for the delay. Our return journey was fantastic. Our driver arrived early, rang us on two different occasions to make sure he arrived at the correct address. He even brought us directly to the lift at the airport and was extremely helpful and courteous.
