Probably the best airport taxi company! The communication, both emails and on the telephone is really excellent.
My flight to Lisbon was cancelled 12 hours before and I had to change the pick up time from Lisbon airport. That was very easy by calling the emergency number and sending an email. The change was accepted with no extra charge.
My flight out of Lisbon was also cancelled, and again, I had to change the pick up time from my hotel. Thus I again had to call the emergency number and once again there was no problem changing my pick up time in less than 24 hours before. Both drivers were really professional and extra polite. The one picking me up from the airport also had to wait for a bit longer from me to get out since my luggage was late to arrive. I highly recommend this company, not only it's great value for money, but they are totally professional, excellent communication and safe.
