Clear booking process, ability to leave a comments message, SMS on arrival, there a good 10 mins early with polite note that service is ready for me on time ( means a lot for a 4.30am booking), spotlessly clean, a polite and helpful driver and got to Zurich airport in plenty of time. It does not come much better than that :)
