Excellent transport service to Tilbury Cruise Port Booking was easy and responsive and I appreciated receiving a call the day prior to confirm the pickup and meeting point. The driver was a bit late, causing some anxiety, but I called the office and they located him and called me back very quickly to confirm he would arrive in a few minutes-and he did. The car was large and comfortable and the driver was excellent.

Ten out of Ten for service, vehicles and drivers! Fantastic service, booked a return trip from airport to cruise terminal. Both drivers were friendly and prompt , details of the drivers were provided on the day and I was then able to ask the return driver to come earlier which she did.

Great Drivers and Good Quality Cars Great service! On time and good quality of cars and reliable drivers! The drivers contact you on the mobile as soon as they arrive. The only suggestion I would have is to email with the driver details before my flight takes off so I know that I have the driver's number. I was not aware that I would be getting the drivers number. Also, the instructions were to wait for directions to the meeting point at Schipol. it would be helpful to let the client know that the Schipol airport as a place that is called the meeting point and that it is near the Burger King . it would help someone who is new to that airport know where to go. I had communicated via chat to the customer service that my flight was delayed but this has not been communicated to the driver.
