Good service Used for journeys both too and from airport, both times drivers were prompt and courteous and the vehicles were clean. On the return journey the traffic was horrendous but the driver took alternative route to get us to the airport on time (fortunately we had booked an early pick up knowing Naples traffic can be bad)

Very reliable and dependable transport service They are very reliable and professional and I appreciated this. All drivers arrived on time. The driver from the airport to Barcelona City Center was very courteous and helpful. More importantly, he had good interpersonal skills. The driver who picked us up from the hotel (city center) to the airport was OK, He was professional, too. He just needs to improve on his interpersonal skills. He also drove a bit too fast. I speak and write fluently in Spanish so therefore, there was no language barrier between me and the drivers that could have affected my communication with them. This is a very fair and professional assessment.

One suggestion though.... It would be perfect if your office could send a reminder through text message or e-mail if the driver is already on the way to pick you up or if they have already arrived. This would give the customer more reassurance. Thank you.
