A tale of two journeys We booked a return transfer from Ciampino into central Rome and back again. On the whole the service was good. The drivers turned up on time, they were at the airport when we got through arrivals and got us back in good time to catch our return flight. Unfortunately when we arrived in Rome There were two drivers and two cars awaiting us. This was quickly sorted and the drive into central Rome was very smooth and in a comfortable spacious car. Our return was less so as we were required to change vehicles in the middle of the city with no explanation. Our journey to the airport took so much longer and the vehicle was not as comfortable.

Fantastic service Our flight was delayed and when we got to Venice airport took ages to get through passport control. We were very relieved to see our driver had waited as we were going to cruise port. Driver did not speak a lot of English but very pleasant and helped us with luggage. Car was a Mercedes no less.Would definitely use again and can highly recommend.

The only suggestion i could make is that you maybe ask drivers to text customers the day before confirming their pick up. with it being so closely linked to making it to the airport on time, customers would feel at ease knowing the driver has acknowledged their booking the day before.
