Very reliable and dependable transport service They are very reliable and professional and I appreciated this. All drivers arrived on time. The driver from the airport to Barcelona City Center was very courteous and helpful. More importantly, he had good interpersonal skills. The driver who picked us up from the hotel (city center) to the airport was OK, He was professional, too. He just needs to improve on his interpersonal skills. He also drove a bit too fast. I speak and write fluently in Spanish so therefore, there was no language barrier between me and the drivers that could have affected my communication with them. This is a very fair and professional assessment.

One suggestion though.... It would be perfect if your office could send a reminder through text message or e-mail if the driver is already on the way to pick you up or if they have already arrived. This would give the customer more reassurance. Thank you.

Pricing from cruise terminal in Venice to the airport was phenomenal and the driver showed up on time, in the designated spot with a beautiful, clean full sized transport van. Ride was smooth and comfortable. Honestly, seldom do we get even what we expect these days but this entire experience was above and beyond.

Inexpensive way to get to the airport from the pier I was expecting one large vehicle for 10 people but instead I was provided with 2 minivans. However the cost of booking 2 separate minivans is considerably less than what I paid. The 2 drivers were excellent. The minivans were not in the best condition.
