Great Service I have booked this taxi service many times and would recommend them. Our arrival in Malaga airport was on time however the lack of organisation in Malaga airport in process the COVID related documents of the large volume of arrivals caused a delayed exit of the airport of almost 2 hours! Our driver was not there when we came out however we phoned the emergency number provided and it was answered immediately and a new car was sent which arrived 20 minutes later, we were very happy with this response.The driver had very little English and we had no Spanish and he was so helpful in collecting our apartment key from a location before arriving at our destination.
On completion of our holiday the driver of a beautiful Mercedes car was waiting 10 mins before our collection time. Great service and I will definitely book with them again.

Poor communication between the client, taxi firm and agent but good price Confusion and bad communication between City -airport- taxis and the local taxi firm resulted in us waiting over an hour early in the unforgiving heat of a Spanish carpark for the car to pick us up. Despite my efforts to try and clarify the position in advance, I now know that "7 o'clock local time" is not 7 o'clock in the country you are being picked up in (Spain) but 7 o'clock in the Country of the subject taxi company (Portugal). Neither City Airport Taxis or the subject firm were willing to confirm which was correct.
