Gold star customer service at very good prices I had to change my flight times going and their customer services replied within 24 hours to agree to the changes.

Then our flight was changed form direct to picking up on route @ Birmingham Airport and i emailed to advise we would be approx 75 minutes late due to this. I received a reply back within minutes saying not to worry the driver will be waiting when we arrive and surely enough he was. Very pleasant man greeted us.

I emailed to confirm we had all received negative COVID tests and we were good to be collected as planned for our return journey and the driver arrived 5 minutes early.

I would highly recommend this company as the price was less than €1 a kilometre costing us €73 return for a family of 4 with - 4 large suitcases and travel bags so we booked the 7 seater mini bus - perfect.
