Excellent Driver Despite Poor Communication with Dispatcher Booking was easy, but YOU did not inform me that there are significant delays coming down from Valle Nevado on Friday July 4th due to Chilean road restrictions on G-21 & G-251 due to a Chilean national vacation.

Our pick-up was delayed a full hour than originally scheduled at 13:00 on my City airport taxi email confirmation. I was forced to reschedule FlixBus reservation incurring an extra fee. PLEASE be clear with your future customers about the Farallones restrictions! Time to Santiago is 2.5 - 3 hours!

However, the driver Fernando was extremely helpful. I cannot thank him enough! Not only was he an excellent driver in Santiago traffic and played wonderful music, he got us to an elevator at the San Borja bus station. We really appreciated his service, since we had a lot of luggage to carry.
