Booked remotely for my daughter. First Class Service. From London, I booked a taxi from Milan Airport to Parma for my daughter. I had no experience of City Airport Taxis and wasn't sure what I was going to get. The result was first class : the driver was waiting in the airport arrivals hall for my daughter with a sign with her name on. He took her heaviest piece of luggage. They got to the car, a perfectly adequate Mercedes estate. He drove her directly, smoothly and safely to her destination. He didn't needlessly chat to her. He was polite, civil and efficient. I would unhesitatingly recommend this service. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and that's reassuring given that it was for one of my children.
