Initial meet and greet could have been smoother but otherwise good service On arrival at Tenerife it took us a few minutes to locate the representative from your firm. In the end I had to call the emergency number and he was right there- but did not have a card with my name on it so we had no way of knowing he was there for us. It then took you a few minutes more to find a car and driver for us. Other than that the vehicle was good, the driver was good and we had a smooth journey.
