unexpected delay I appreciate the arrangements made for my transfer. I went to desk 50 as instructed, and they provided a large 15-person vehicle for me, which was very helpful.

However, I wanted to share a small concern: about 35 minutes into the journey, the driver stopped for a break to eat and rest. I ended up waiting for around 20 minutes, even though I was told it would only take 5. It would have been much more convenient if the driver had taken this break either before or after the trip, as it did cause an unexpected delay.

Above and beyond service Having been held up in a temporary immigration passport control building for over an hour upon arrival at Faro airport, City taxis kept in touch telling us not to worry regarding the delay.
When we finally got through ,and collected our luggage we were met by a charming lady,Marta, by the allotted meeting point .
We then followed our driver to the vehicle.
He drove very carefully.
