Trip of two totally different halves. Collection from Airport was excellent, driver was waiting for us and he was friendly, polite and drove well. Driver was able to give us lots of information about the area and things we could do. I could not fault this service.

Unfortunately, the return was not so good. Pickup was late, although we had been contacted and informed of this. The driver was then rushing badly to try and catch up for his next collection. The driving was so erratic, the passengers in the rear of vehicle were on the point of asking to stop so they could vomit.

I do not ultimately blame the driver for this, City Airport Taxis should have an alternate vehicle available at short notice to pick up their schedules when traffic causes delays to drivers on the road.

HAPHAZARD EXPERIENCE I think CAT are company which farms out requests for transfers to different taxi companies. We used them for both legs of a transfer from Salzburg to our ski resort. Despite having established a clear connection time at Salzburg airport our taxi failed to arrive.

Once I had managed to call them on the helpline the taxi was still unable to pick us Up so we secured the services of an independent taxi.

I called them from resort what and made sure that they understood that the taxi to the airport on the following Saturday needed to be on time which they assured me it would be. The return taxi arrived an hour ahead of the agreed time!!!!
