A few issues but got sorted in the end. Having arrived earlier than planned we ended up sharing our minibus with 2 girls from Wigan who were staying at a separate hotel to us, where their plane had also landed early (we were family and friends from South Wales). It was no issue for us to share vehicle but we are still in a COVID pandemic and not ideal, but the company should be tracking the planes and have a contingency plan in place for earlier arrivals. The person who welcomed us at the airport was stressed and felt sorry for him and he ended up driving both parties to both hotels. The company ended up saving money as only needed to run one vehicle for 2 bookings, but still good for the environment.

Reasonably good service. Admittedly our flight arrived early but we were kept waiting a long time for the transit minibus to arrive. The staff at the airport were not welcoming or apologetic. We had been under the impression from another client that we would be transported in a taxi, rather than a minibus as there were just 2 of us. Once the driver arrived it was a quick trip to the hotel. The return trip to the airport was perfect - charming driver, arrived exactly on time.

Everything was fine apart from the fact that the taxi parked 2 min walk from the terminal and we had to walk with suitcases of 60 kilos....he could have parked right outside of the terminal as usual!
