Friendly, helpful and reliable taxi service in our experience, they were very reliable, friendly and turned up when they were supposed to. When we arrived in Dublin it was pouring with rain, there had been an accident on the motorway and our original driver was stuck in traffic. Speaking to the office, they managed to arrange an alternative 8 seater minibus, and only meant an approx 10 minute delay. Good service in a difficult situation.

Excellent Service but Payment Method an Issue The service itself was Excellent. The problem was payment. I wanted to pay by credit card since I only had $150 Euro's left. The fare was $132 Euro's. The driver said "do you have the Cash", I said "I wanted to pay by credit card". He said "there is no paper for a receipt", I said "I don't need a paper receipt". Then conveniently for him he said "the credit card machine was Not working and I needed to pay in cash". As I looked at the machine that he turned on, it clearly looked like it was working.
