Unfortunately our flight was a little delayed and then there was a huge queue at Paris passport control. This meant that our designated driver could not wait. Thankfully the company arranged another driver who was absolutely superb. She gave us lots of great tips, spoke excellent English, checked on our train from Gare de Lyon and explained exactly where we needed to go and also suggested we go to a cafe opposite the station. She more than made up for the initial delay. It did end up costing us more than the original quote which was the only real downside.
