Feedback for airport transfer from Faro Airport to Salema

Almost excellent service Excellent service overall. No taxi was waiting for us at Faro on arrival. Our flight was 50 minutes late, but no contact made with us by City Airport Taxis. With help in Portuguese from Airport Information we were able to arrange a meeting point for a taxi, but waited 30minutes for its arrival

Courteous but overworked drivers Drivers were courteous and on time, but the driver from the airport had another pick up due before he had dropped us off, so was rushing and drove far too close to one of the horses, also knocking his own wing mirror on a parked car as he tried to squeeze past due to lack of time.

On the way back to the airport, the driver was extremely tired and I could see him struggling to keep his eyes open as we pulled into the airport.

I am wondering whether the drivers are given too heavy a workload which could impact on passenger safety.

On pick up for our return driver was actually a few minutes early. Excellent service.
