Terrific experience Danil, our driver picked us up at Verona Airport and took us to our apartment in Trento. We were supposed to have arrived at 1:30 in the afternoon but one delay after another at the Frankfort Airport, we finally arrived after midnight. We had no problems contacting him and felt that he was with us every step of the way even with all the delays. It was stressful for us after traveling for hours but as soon as we arrived he greeted us with a smile and acted if it was no problem. Thank you so much, Danil. Because of him we will certainly use this service again. Only wish we could have Danil again!

Cars OK. Pickup service at the airport poor. Pickup at London City airport was not as per the written conditions of the service. The driver was not at the terminal upon arrival so after 10 min I had to call what was happening. The driver arrived late at the passengers pickup area and did not bother to help us with our luggage. After my complaint I just received cheap excuses. The price was 45Pounds because of parking when he did not park at the airport because my wife andI had to walk to the pickup area. Car OK.
