Warm welcome in Norway As always you wonder if the arrangements will work or not but our driver was waiting as promised and escorted us to our mini coach we were a party of 10
Luggage was handled well into a covered trailer and when everyone was on board and settled she introduced herself as Victoria and welcomed us to Bergen.
Victoria advised us of the journey time and we were off.
On arrival st our Hotel she unloaded and wished us a pleasant stay.
Overall the experience was excellent and a great start to our holiday.

Tenerife South to. Adeje transfer Very good service delayed on outward journey but taxi was there waiting when we got out. Only negative point that did cause concern no one answered the emergency call number when I was trying to relay delay information
Driver really polite and helpful.
Return journey driver went to wrong hotel but finally got there unfortunately a bit miserable and when we reached airport just pushed cases onto pavement got back in taxi and just drove off. I might put this down to a slow drive due to traffic on road at that time. When it finally cleared driver then thought he was a racing driver. Not what I appreciated when we had a baby on board. Driver also set off from hotel not giving us time to fasten seat belt around baby seat.
