Giving up on them. I have used this service now on my trips for over 4 years, service varies depending on what contractors they use. I have decided to start having the hotels take care of this service or take a taxi.
Several times over the years some companies were either not waiting at the airport as promised, late at picking us up at the hotel or not showing up at all. his year at the Lisbon Airport we had to go looking for them and at Sintra they were 50 minutes late.

Great Service for Airport Transfers Booking was simple and confirmation was quick. I had tried to book a taxi from Naples airport to Pontcagnano through a couple of other websites before trying City Airport Taxis and was told there was no availability.
Our flight out arrived over an hour late at Naples airport, but our driver had waited for us despite our not being able to contact the service. When we thanked him, he said 'No problem - it's my job'. He was friendly and the car was a luxury vehicle - not what we were expecting from the booking form. The same was true of the driver and vehicle on our return trip to the airport. The driver for our return trip was also at our hotel 15 - 20 mins before the pick-up time which was great.
We would definitely use this company again for booking airport transport as they were reliable, friendly and the price was reasonable in comparison with other companies.
