On pick up we had to chase the driver by ringing the emergency line and was left waiting worries he was a no show for around 25 minutes. He couldn’t find our accommodation on arrival and it took us using google maps to find it. Our return journey also the driver could not find us and we received a call from the emergency line. Pick up was on time however, but the driver then got a little lost getting out of Ferragudo and the journey took us 15 minutes longer than it should of. I have no idea why as I fell asleep. We made our flight no problem though so all was good. Vehicle was clean and smooth drive both ways.
