Great service, great car, but waited on the wrong place Spotless, comfy car. All perfect. The driver would have been on time, but waited at the wrong hotel (altough it was mentioned clearly in the order). I had to call and ask where the car is - it was sorted quickly and the car was in the right place 5mins later. But this was an unnecessary fault anyways. Therefore only 4 stars, the rest of the service was 5 stars.
