Easy to book. What one wants is to be met/collected on time as agreed. This happened both ways. Because of a flight change we had to bring forward the collection time. This we did easily in Vienna. We had the distinct impression the man we spoke to knew exactly what he was doing. He texted and emailed to confirm the variation. Moreover, because we had made a change the company rang just to make sure we had actually been collected at the new time.
