An prompt and courteous service. The overall service is excellent. I was not sure how to book on-line and this was made easy with a very good email with easy explanation. On booking, I was kept informed at every step from confirmation of the booking to the pick-up. The driver let me know by text when he had arrived and was prompt and courteous. This was my first time booking a taxi on-line and my I was a bit anxious about how it would turn out. My fears were unfounded as City Airport Taxis were A1.

Highly Recommend Absolutely fantastic. Very polite and courteous gentlemen that helped us with our luggage etc and wouldn't let us open our own doors so we felt we had the full VIP treatment. They where waiting for us at the airport arrivals with a sign with our surname on so that was a great relief and coming home, on our exit from the hotel at 5am in the morning.. I was recommended this company by a friend whom had used them and We would Highly recommend them and we will use them again.
