Good service The van we reserved was a bit old for the arrival transfer but the pickup went well. Even though the driver was helpful and courteous and helped push one of the carts, I would be preferable if we did not have to push our baggage carts quite a ways to get to the parking spot at the Rome airport (we had 6 suitcases). However, for the return trip the driver was waiting for us in front of the hotel 10 min before pick up time and was helpful.

Very reliable and hassle-free We were greeted at the airport as we entered arrivals and it was just a short walk to the taxi. We contacted them to confirm the return journey, but they already had it in hand so no need really. Our taxi drivers both spoke excellent English. (The taxi experience in Portugal was even better that getting the taxis to and from our English airport (Luton)
