Friendly and Punctual I thought the driver would be waiting in the terminal but no sign of him so I rang the contact number and was asked to go to the desk and a very helpful lady passed us on to the driver who helped with the luggage to the car and got us to our apartment on the return the driver was 15 mins early we were ready so arrived at the airport in ample time, when I rechecked my email it did say to go to the desk initially so that was my fault. Overall excellent and friendly service by all concerned and would recommend this company to anyone, incidentally my son used the same company as well and had equally good service.

Dry efficient and courteous Our Eurostar train ran a bit late. Very easy to communicate with driver so he knew what was going on. I added that my wife is a bit disabled and a slow walker. He met us near the platform barrier so that he could help with luggage to his vehicle, which was a pleasant surprise - he went the extra kilometre!
