Reasonably priced good service The booking process was simple, all I had to do was email them, the charges were incredibly reasonable given the other options.

Only improvement suggestion would be that they should send a template via email or downloadable one that outlines information required to confirm booking. Also please send emergency number details and where driver will meet & greet (location) on the confirmation email.

I would definitely use the service again

The first driver that took us from the airport to the hotel tried to bring ... The first driver that took us from the airport to the hotel tried to bring another person with the taxi saying it was a colleague and that our three girls could share two seats as one seat was folded to fit the skies so all 8 could fit. We argued that 1) we pay for the taxi no 2) we would never let our children sit without seatbelt for safety reason as well as it is illegal. After a few arguments he gave up!
