Superb Service The service was superb. The driver phoned me on arrival at the airport to inform me where he would be waiting for me once I collected my luggage. I was kept up to date with his movements. He was kind, friendly, courteous and very professional he asked my comfort, the level of air conditioning, offered water, helped me with my broken French. His driving was also fantastic and I never felt unsafe. The car was in mint condition. Superb service overall On collection he again phoned in advance to give me notice of where he was..e.g 10 minutes from your hotel now you can make your way down..

Quick last minute booking - super service I had booked with another transfer company a transfer for my parents who were in Rome and I in the UK. This transfer was cancelled 1 1/2 hrs before they were due to be picked up. Causing a lot of stress. I then booked with CityAirportTaxis and also called the London office to explain what had happened and how grateful we would be if they could find a driver at such short notice. They did, the driver arrived on time and my parents were able to have a comfortable transfer. Thank you so much for the quick service and we will be booking again.

Recommended, easy to book and use booked a Mercedess E class class type of car and received a minibus on the arrival and Skoda Octavia on teh departure. Otherwise - right on time for the departure. For teh arrival the guy was waiting despite the delay at teh arrival hall with my name to meet us.
