Overall very good. Booking from Southampton Cruise Terminal to two addresses near Epsom. Booking was easy and confirmation was quick. However, payment was taken immediately from my credit card despite choosing the 'Pay the driver' option. When I queried this I was ignored. Never used this company before so oh, well let's hope they turn up. They did and, on request, earlier than booked because we'd underestimated the time it took to disembark from the ship BUT we'd let the office know the terminal destination and it would seem that this was not passed on to the driver so we had several difficult conversations trying to get us all together.
The driver was pleasant, courteous and very obliging. The vehicle was a little bit on the cramped side for 4 adults but we arrived safe and sound.

An excellent service Excellent service on time with a copy of our booking which made us feel secure we were only asked to pay half the fee for the first half of our journey and the balance on our return journey which was reassuring would have no hesitation in using the service again and would recommend on our experience
