Great drivers but next time please can they come at the time i booked?! The drivers were very nice, but on both occasions I used the service recently, the drivers were late. The second time the driver was 25 minutes late. This was very stressful, and he then drove incredibly fast - which was great because I was going to the airport but actually I'd prefer they be on time, and not have to drive so fast. They were nice people though and the cars were very clean. I got a discount which was appreciated, but I would have preferred him to be on time. Especially as I was going to the airport and trying to catch an earlier flight.
