The van arrived around 13 minutes after our booking time, while non-precise times are understandable with this type of service an improvement could be be to give us confidence all is OK, e.g. a tracking app or a text message saying the van is on the way with an ETA.

I sat on on the single back seat at the back, the wheel arch meant I could not get both legs in-front of the seat and this was uncomfortable.
