Arrábida Natural Park is located on the northern shore of the Sado River estuary, between Sesimbra and Setubal, covering 108 square kilometers, with the highest point, the Serra da Arrábida at an elevation of 499 metres.
This tour is an excellent way to discover the countryside as well as the seaside of Portugal. The local English speaking driver will pick you up from your Lisbon Hotel or Lisbon Port.
On the way to Arrábida you will cross the bridge 25 de Abril and get a magnificent view of the river Tagus.  As you approach the country side you will see the breathtaking surroundings of pine forests, eucalyptus and cork.

This tour is perfect if you would like to get a more in depth insight in to the Portuguese land and nature.
The local English speaking driver will pick you up from your hotel in Lisbon or from Lisbon Port and take you for a memorable journey through the Portuguese countryside to Alqueva Lake.
As you are leaving Lisbon you will cross the bridge April 25 built over the river Tagus. You will be able to see magnificent views of the river Tagus and the coast of Almada. As you are passing through Almada you will see the beautiful monument of Christo Rei (Christ the King). There is about 2 hours drive to the Alqueva lake so you will have the chance to see the amazing sights of Portugal, the arresting nature and as you are passing through the cities you will get an insight into the typical Portuguese architecture. Before arriving at the lake the driver will take you to the medieval village called Monssaraz where you will stop for lunch in one of the charming restaurants that serve local cuisine and wine. In the afternoon you will be able to enjoy a quiet time along the coast of the largest European artificial lake Alqueva. You can also experience the waters of the lake by getting a ferry ride.
