Cheap and efficient
Booking process very quick and detailed instructions provided about pick up. I liked that you could either pay online or the driver direct. Cost was considerably cheaper than just picking up a taxi at airport.
Very efficient pick up, driver arrived before schedule time and simply checked my confirmation, put bags on board and set off within a few minutes.

I booked a shuttle from Malpensa Airport to Bellagio. The driver was very nice and the trip went very well.
One small objection i have: after the booking i received an email with extra info stating that the driver will wait at the arrivals holding a sign with my name. After i arrived to the ariport i got a message with the car model and i had to go outside on a certain gate to find my car outside. I was happy i did not have much luggage and i was able to move between cars until i found mine.
But this was just a small minus, the rest was exceptional and the price was the best on the market. Good job.
