We were a group of 4 traveling with luggage. I had no difficulty with the online booking process and received a couple of confirmation emails before the pickup. The morning of, I had communication from the driver that included a picture of the vehicle. It was all so easy. The driver was very good and we enjoyed our trip from the port to the city centre immensely.
