recommend for elderly travellers
I organised this service for an elderly relative travelling alone (91 yo), her phone wasn't working properly so I knew she would be difficult to contact. She also had a lot of luggage, a walker and I knew she would take longer than normal to come through customs and baggage, I was so afraid they wouldn't wait or wouldn't find her. They phoned me when they initially couldn't locate her, though they persevered and didn't leave her stranded. I don't know if it depends on the driver, whether or not we just got lucky, as I think they contract the work out, but I was really relieved and would happily use this service again!
