So glad I booked my transport to the airport from our hotel. Trying to do this on our own is maddening. We were given a time and spot to meet. The driver and assistant were friendly and very helpful and polite. Would definitely keep them in mind for my next visit.

One thing I don't like is something you share with all other companies I've seen: You demand to get the flight number and the take off time. I don't like that. I would like to be able to go to an airport later than being there two hours ahead. I am always checked in before and have no luggage. I need maximum 1 hour at the airport including security lines.
